Enicar podcast on Rescapement

Vandervenus 15 September 2020

With the release of the second print of the Enicar book, I got the chance to talk about the project and other Enicar related things with the fine people of Rescapement. This independent platform brings in-depth stories, perspectives and analysis on vintage and modern watches. Rescapement is dedicated to enthusiasts and spreading horological secrets, both vintage and modern.

Watch collector and writer / interviewer Michael Piscatelli and I talked for almost one and a half hour about what it is that makes Enicar so special. We dug into the process of creating an independent watch book, we discussed yours truly’s top 3 Enicar models, we explored the grail models and hidden gems, we talked about the Enicar collectors community and lots more.

A very special Enicar with a remarkable story.

Michael covered his own Enicar top 3 a few weeks back. I advise you to check it out and agree or disagree with his picks. For me as a fan of the brand, it is very exciting to see this kind of content that brings Enicar to a larger audience. Excellent work!

The podcast is part of the Rescapement Weekend newsletter, which is totally free. You can subscribe here. Join these Enicar minded folks now and give ‘m the support they deserve!
